  • Permit Management: Coordinate the end-to-end process for various permits, including but not limited to, Confined Space Entry, Hot Work, Excavation, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and other site-specific work permits.
  • Application & Review: Prepare, review, and submit permit applications, ensuring all required documentation, hazard assessments, and control measures are accurately captured and compliant with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Liaison & Communication: Act as the primary liaison between various departments (Operations, Maintenance, Construction, HSE, Engineering) and relevant authorities (e.g., Alberta Energy Regulator - AER) to facilitate permit approvals and resolve discrepancies.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive permit tracking systems and logs, providing real-time status updates, generating reports, and ensuring timely renewals or closures.
