How It Works
We manage the complexity of client relations and compliance so you can focus 100% on sourcing and earning.
- We Issue the Sourcing Request (SSR): When a client needs to hire, we translate the role into an SSR. The SSR contains all specific payment terms for that placement.
- You Submit the Candidate: You source, vet, and submit qualified candidates to us via our proprietary channel, which guarantees protection of your submission under the terms of the Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA).
- We Finalize and Pay: We manage client relationships, compliance, and onboarding. Once the placement is final, you receive your payout as defined in the SSR and your ICA.

How to Join the Network
The Recruitment Partners Network is built on a foundation of auditable trust and shared value, designed specifically for the professional independent recruiter. We treat our vetting process with the same commitment to precision we bring to client delivery.
We invite specialized independent recruiters and sourcers across Canada to formally apply to join our Network. This process ensures we are mutually protected before you begin sourcing:
- Submit Vetting Application: Tell us about your specialization and experience using our simple form.
- Execute the ICA/NDA: Upon successful vetting, you will receive the Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for review and signature. This agreement includes the complete compensation model and the proprietary candidate protection policy.
- Gain Immediate Access: Once signed, you receive immediate access to the live Sourcing Request Feed and begin work.
