- Invoicing & Accruals: Verify invoices against services rendered/materials received, process accruals, and reconcile financial data.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of cost data within project control systems (e.g., ERP, CMMS, scheduling software).
- Performance Monitoring: Contribute to overall project performance monitoring, integrating cost data with schedule progress.
- Risk Analysis: Participate in cost-related risk assessments and support the development of mitigation strategies.
Who We're Looking For: Your Essential Qualifications
To excel as a Cost Control / Project Controls Coordinator in the demanding Fort McMurray construction environment, you'll need strong analytical capabilities and robust experience:
